The bed utilizes Bluetooth technology during the initial setup process, but all other wireless communication is
over the local Wi-Fi network.

All components of the system, including accessories, must be on the same Wi-Fi network with a strong signal
to ensure proper operation.

The Bryte bed supports 802.11b/g/n 2.4 GHz (only) wireless networks
Supported Wi-Fi networks security include WPA-PSK or WPS2-PSK.

How do you control the mattress?

Bryte Balance is controlled by the Bryte app on your smartphone. After downloading the Bryte app, you will be prompted to pair and set up your bed.

If there are two people sleeping on the bed, both sleepers will need to download the app on their mobile devices and set up their respective side of the bed to access personalization features.

Can Bryte Balance be used with a bed frame?

Yes, Bryte Balance is suitable to use with any bed frame.

Can the mattress be used with an adjustable base?

Yes, Bryte Balance can be used with standard adjustable bases. The mattress cannot be used with split adjustable bases.

What is your warranty?

Bryte Balance is supported by a 10-year limited warranty. All foam and mattress fabrics are covered by a 10-year limited warranty and technology components including rebalancers, electronics, and power cords have a 2-year limited warranty. Full warranty details can be found HERE.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Bryte ships within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii).

When can I expect to receive my new bed?

The length of time from shipment to delivery varies based on location and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email after you order with information about shipping estimates. On average, we estimate the delivery timing to take 2-3 weeks after the mattress ships.
