Bryte Balance is controlled by the Bryte app on your smartphone. After downloading the Bryte app, you will be prompted to pair and set up your bed.
If there are two people sleeping on the bed, both sleepers will need to download the app on their mobile devices and set up their respective side of the bed to access personalization features.

Please note that it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to your new Bryte Balance mattress and if you have any questions, we are just a call, text or email away. If you would still like to proceed with a return, please contact us at hello@bryte.com or call/text us at 844.420.1018 and we will guide you through the return process. Customers will be issued a full refund for their purchase but may have to pay for the cost of shipping.

The length of time from shipment to delivery varies based on location and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email after you order with information about shipping estimates. On average, we estimate the delivery timing to take 2-3 weeks after the mattress ships.
