BRYTE Beta Group | Armband Sleep Tracker

You will be receiving an armband sleep monitor in the mail which will collect data such as time spent laying down, sleeping time and sleep efficiency.

Our first ask is that you start wearing it while using your current bed and then continue using the armband when the BRYTE Beta Bed arrives.

If you have metal allergies, you do not need to wear the band, just send it back to us.

A few things:

  • The battery will need charging once a week for 3+ hours. Top up the battery when it beeps, flashes yellow or red, or as often as you like. If the monitor is beeping when you're trying to get some shut-eye, just take it off & it will stop.
  • We ask that you put on the monitor on at least 10 - 30 minutes before you get into bed & wear it for at least 10 - 30 minutes after you get up. The longer the better, if you have the time.
  • The armband sleep monitor can store data for about one month. If the memory is full, simply package up the armband and send it back to us using the return label provided.

Here are the details:

The armband:

How to wear it:

Once you find a “comfortably loose” setting for the strap, we suggest you leave the velcro fastener alone, and just pull the band on and off your arm using the stretchy elastic.

How to charge it:

Once plugged in, the armband lights will blink indicating a proper connection and charge progress.  If no indication is seen, disconnect the cable and email us at hello@bryte.com.

Reattaching after charging:

If you have any questions, please email us at hello@bryte.com.

Care & cleaning

Clean the armband regularly after sweating or when it becomes noticeably moist to ensure that it works correctly. Minimize use of solvents, cleaners or other chemicals and do not sterilize any part.

Water resistance

The armband is not designed to be used underwater or to come into continuous contact with water. Do not immerse the armband in water.

Cleaning the sensor

Use a cloth or towel moistened with mild soap and water to wipe the side of the sensor that touches the skin. Remove any excess soap and dry with a cloth or towel completely before wearing.

Cleaning the strap

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse, then air dry. For optimal performance and lifespan of the strap, avoid machine drying.
