If you purchase a Balance smart mattress together with a base, Bryte will provide White Glove delivery service for both at no additional charge. We will set up the base and your mattress and remove all debris.

If you already have a Bryte mattress or purchase the base separately, we can provide door delivery for $125 but you will be responsible for moving the base to the final destination and for installation.

We offer a 100-night trial on the adjustable base.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to measure any hallways, stairwells or elevators for proper space allowance for delivery.

In the case of a requested return of the adjustable base, our customer service team will be able to coordinate the return and the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

We are happy to provide you with a 10-year limited warranty.

2 year full warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser.

5 year parts warranty where we will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser.

10 year limited warranty that for a full 10 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used will be covered. For purposes of this 10-year warranty, it specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator lift motors, massage motors, control box, remote controls, power supply, and all power supply cords. The purchaser must pay 1/5 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the number of years after the fifth year from the original purchase date.

Yes. Your adjustable bed base is also compatible with most mattresses but works best with memory foam, latex, gel, innerspring, and airbed mattresses.
